Mr. Sun Houli, born in 1962, has a bachelor's degree in oil production engineering, a master's degree in oil and gas engineering from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and a professor-level senior engineer. He has 37 years of experience in oil and gas field exploration, development, production, construction and management.
From July 1985 to May 1990, he worked in the Oil Production Technology Research Institute of the Institute of Science and Technology of Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau as the head of the project team, and was engaged in the research of heavy oil development technology and achievements transformation.
From June 1990 to July 2006, he worked in the Oil Production Technology Research Institute and the Oil Well Sand Control Center of the Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute of Liaohe Oilfield Branch, and successively served as the head of the project team, the director of the office, and the deputy director and director of the Oil Well Sand Control Center. During this period, he led the Liaohe Oilfield sand control technology to achieve the "three times" technological leap, and promoted the Liaohe Oilfield sand control heavy oil sand control technology to be in the leading position in China; In 2003, the oil well sand control center led by CNPC was awarded the "100 red flags" unit; In 2004, I was awarded the title of model worker of the central enterprise, the title of national employee innovation expert, the Liaoning May 1st Medal and other titles; in 2005, I was employed as a senior technical expert of CNPC; in 2006, I was awarded the honorable title of outstanding scientific and technological worker of PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Company; at the same time, I was awarded one national achievement and eight provincial and ministerial achievements.
From August 2006 to April 2010, he served as the chief engineer of the Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute, responsible for horizontal well development projects, scheme design approval, heavy oil development laboratory construction and other work. During that time, he served as the head of the heavy oil horizontal well project of the joint-stock company, leading the heavy oil horizontal well development technology division of Liaohe Oilfield to the domestic leading level; At the same time, it has won 4 provincial and ministerial achievements and 6 first prizes of oilfield companies.
From May 2010 to January 2020, he served as the vice president of the Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute, engaged in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the approval of major plans, and pushed the transformation of the achievements of the Drilling and Production Institute to a new level, with an annual increase of more than 300000 tons of oil, which strongly supported the scientific and technological stability of the oilfield company; At the same time, it has obtained 50 patents of all kinds.
From January 2020 to June 2022, he served as an enterprise-level technical expert of the oil field company, engaged in the research and development of oil production technology, and successively won 2 first prizes of municipal bureau level achievements, 7 patents of various types, and reviewed more than 30 schemes of various types, realizing cost reduction and efficiency increase from the source.
