Mr. Xia Yunfeng was born in October 1967 and holds a PhD in accounting from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
He is currently the dean and professor of the Accounting Department of the School of Business of Xiangtan University, a supervisor of master's degree students in accounting, and a supervisor of MPAcc graduate students;
He is currently a member of the Expert Bank of External Directors of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hunan Province, an external director of Hunan Huatian Industrial Group Company, an independent director of Hunan Weihong Food Co., Ltd., and a director of Hunan Kangxing Department Store Chain Co., Ltd. He has obtained the qualification of independent director of a listed company.
He has presided over and participated in 16 national, ministerial and provincial topics, and authored "Commercialization of Accounting Information Production by Listed Companies", "Financial Public Relations Theory and Practice", "Introduction to Financial Public Relations", and edited or participated in the textbook "Advanced Financial Accounting", "Accounting", published nearly 50 papers in the national professional core journals "Accounting Research", "Financial Science", "Contemporary Finance" and other journals.
