Mr. Dai Xiaoping, born in 1978, holds a doctor's degree in oil and gas field development engineering from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and majored in law from Wuhan University. More than 20 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry and 12 years of overseas working experience.
From 2001 to 2008, he served as the deputy director and chief engineer of CNPC Tuha Oilfield Geological Research Institute and Engineering Technology Research Institute.
From 2009 to 2013, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Sonangol Sinopec International and the General Manager of Angola Branch of Anzhong Petroleum.
Joined InterContinental Oil and Gas in 2014, successively served as the production and operation director of the project company and the general manager of the project company, and served as the president assistant of the company from December 2021 to May 2022.
Since May 2022, he has been the president of the company.
