The 2024 Turkmenistan Investment Forum was held on September 10-11 in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. Mr. Dai Xiaoping, CEO of Geo-Jade Petroleum Corporation, led a delegation to attend the forum at the invitation of the Turkmen Ministry of Finance and Economy and delivered a keynote speech.

The 2024 Turkmenistan Investment Forum (TIF2024), organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and National Chamber of Commerce of Turkmenistan, focused on attracting foreign investment and fostering international cooperation in areas such as oil and gas, energy, transportation, agriculture, logistics, digital economy, and circular economy. The event gathered government officials from over 30 countries, resident diplomats in Turkmenistan, and representatives from international organizations and multinational corporations for dialogue and exchange.

At the roundtable discussion on "The Role of Turkmenistan's Energy Sector in Regional Energy Transition: Key Trends, Investment Potential, and Energy Stability," Geo-Jade Petroleum's CEO, Mr·Dai Xiaoping, remarked that China-Turkmenistan energy cooperation serves as a model, having fully demonstrated Turkmenistan's abundant oil and gas resources and favorable investment environment. Turkmenistan plays a crucial role in both global and regional energy security. Mr·Dai emphasized Geo-Jade's extensive management experience, mature and advanced capabilities in oil and gas development, and demonstrated effectiveness in enhancing recovery rates, boosting production, and improving economic efficiency. He noted that Turkmenistan's policy of openness to international cooperation promises great potential. Geo-Jade is deeply committed to promoting Turkmenistan's economic development and bringing benefits to its people, taking the first step towards cooperation with Turkmenistan in oil and gas, with the aim of achieving tangible results as soon as possible.
During the forum, Mr·Dai also held in-depth discussions with key Turkmen officials, including Deputy Prime Minister for Oil and Gas, Mr·Amanov Batyr,Presidential Energy Advisor, Mr·Begliyev Ashir, President of the Petroleum Concern, Mr·Adajanov Guvanch,and President of the Gas Concern, Mr·Babayev Maksat·Both sides engaged in productive dialogues on expanding cooperation in the oil and gas sector, reaching a broad consensus on future collaborations.
