Empowering Employees

Since 2014, Geo-Jade has trained nearly 300 foreign employees in Kazakhstan, with a total investment of 15 million RMB. Starting in 2023, the company has allocated 7 to 10 million RMB annually for employee training and development in the Middle East, with plans to invest approximately 35 million RMB each year in training. In China, the company conducts training on technological innovation, contract interpretation, and has established the "Jade Lecture Hall" to pass down the entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, leadership training, mentorship programs, and job rotation opportunities are offered.
